Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout, delivery will either be Next Working Day or within 1-2 Working Days!
We ship via Royal Mail and offer a variety of shipping methods at checkout!

Yes, we can ship to the majority of countries worldwide. For international orders we ship via Royal Mail Standard International which, depending on the destination, takes 3-5 working days to arrive.

Returns and exchanges
We offer 30 day hassle-free refunds/exchanges. As long as the tags are still in place, and it is in an unused condition. We do also offer to swap or exchange your product for a different size or item if your item doesn't fit, or you change your mind. Contact us and we will be happy to help.

Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel/change your order as our team will be preparing your order right away. If you change your mind about an item, or order the wrong item you can always return your order for a full refund!

Refunds are issued as soon as we receive the return. Refunds usually take 1-3 working days to arrive back to your original payment method, however depending on your bank, this may take up to 10 working days.

All our products are 100% authentic, new and with tags. We source our stock from reputable suppliers, or directly from the brands themselves! If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch!
We always ensure that we send out the correct products, however sometimes on rare occasions our team may make a mistake. If this is the case, please get in touch with us and we will correct the mistake free of charge!😁
If you receive your order and it has been damaged in transit, or the item is not in the condition you would like, contact us and we will replace your item or refund you free of charge!
